The Role
Variety of work, including public and private M&A, and ECM transactions across the Middle East.
You will be expected to take responsibility for and manage transactions. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities.
You will work closely with clients and other lawyers; and mentor junior associates.
Your Profile
A stable career record and previous exposure to mid sized M&A deals are essential for this role.
Capable of managing mid sized deals also able to work on bigger deals. M&A focused over PE; a corporate and JVs focus.
