The Role
As we are entering our growth phase, we are looking for trainee headhunters to join our high energy, positive team and be part of the management team of tomorrow. As Junior Compliance Recruitment Consultant, you will work with some of the most dynamic and prestigious financial services firms in the country. Responsibilities include:
Work closely with hiring managers to recruit positions with salaries that range up to £170,000.
Business develop to find new clients as well as manage existing relationships - for which you will be provided with comprehensive training.
Consolidate what is already a strong position by maintaining existing relationships and building on this by creating new relationships.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a commitment to a new career in recruitment and a genuine desire to be involved in professional networking and sales.
You could be from a regulatory/compliance environment (compliance, financial crime, KYC, legal, consulting) or from a sales environment dealing with business to business or business to consumer sales
You will need to demonstrate integrity, determination, drive, communication skills and professionalism
You will want to be a future Manager in the business and in time start your own desk. You will grow as fast as you are able to and will be supported and invested in to achieve that
