​Our Client

Our client, a world-renowned e-commerce, is currently seeking an IT Security Manager to join their Manchester Tech team.

The core purpose of this position will be to lead and manage all aspects of Security, InfoSec as well as Cyber Security.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively implement security strategies and policies within the business

  • Spearhead business continuity and disaster recovery plans and update them

  • Manage threat and vulnerability assessments of the firm’s applications and infrastructure components

  • Maintain the business’ Cyber and Information Security strategy

  • Make sure all security controls are aligned with business risk

​

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding and direct experience with PCI Data Security Standards as well as knowledge and experience in PDA and ISO/IEC 27001/27002. The client is also looking for someone with great client relationship management skills and demonstrable leadership capabilities.
