​Our client is a leading global law firm with a pre-eminent funds practice. They are looking for a Lawyer to join their expanding, dynamic practice in a fund formation role.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have exposure to:

• UCITS

• AIFMD

• Regulation

​

Whilst Middle Eastern jurisdictional knowledge is not required, you must be a qualified lawyer with either specific fund formation experience across either GP or LPs during your training/seat or post-qualification from a global law firm.

Candidates will be supported in relocation and enjoy year-round excellent weather as well as an advantageous tax environment.
