​Our Client

​Our client, a global investment firm specializing in securities technology, are looking for a driven Operations Associate to join their global finance team in London.

The ideal candidate would have strong experience in the finance industry and exposure across fund administration, compliance and investment processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with 2+ years’ experience to progress in a buy-side firm.

Main Duties:

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing day-to-day fund administration

  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders

  • Support the KYC and AML provisions to meet regulatory obligations

  • Supporting investors, onboarding processes and general assistance with investor related queries

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a buy-side firm or investment bank

  • Strong academic background is preferred – bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in compliance or admin-related roles
