Our client is a well known mid-tier international law firm that is confidently in growth mode. You will interact with a range of clients, from established household names, through to boutiques and start-up managers.

The Opportunity

Strong workflow demands that the team look to grow it's capabilities by making a quality senior hire. Technical ability, client advisory skills and team leadership ability are all required to achieve within this role.

Team shape dictates that further internal progression in the medium term is also an attractive point for new joiners with ambition, be it a partner or senior counsel pathway. It is likely that you will be looking to advance into a managing associate or senior associate role in the first instance.

About You

You will be comfortable delivering commercially astute advice on a wide range of matters, inclusive but not limited to, AIMFD, MiFd II, reg/DD aspects of M&A and corporate finance transactions, fund distribution agreements, client interactions with regulators etc. as well as providing support to the teams regulation litigation team on contentious matters.
