Rutherford has partnered with one of the globe's most exciting FinTechs. The firm currently have millions of customers, operating in EMEA, Asia and Americas.

As the Financial Crime Manager you will work closely with the MLRO to develop a best-in-class financial crime program, providing support across the EMEA region.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advise the business and stakeholders on AML/CFT and Financial Crime related issues

  • Keep a breast of all regulatory developments that will relate to the firm across the EMEA region.

  • Review and develop a best-in-class AML/CFT policies and monitoring program for the firm/.

  • Work with technology teams and the MLRO to automate processes and limit Business Risk.

  • Train new employees on financial crime and AML/CFT processes and policies.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of AML or Financial Crime experience

  • Knowledge of financial crime processes and applications

  • Ideally experience covering cross-border payments or e-money
