The Role

Project Finance Lawyer with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team in London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex energy project finance transactions, providing expert legal counsel to a wide range of clients.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis within the field of energy project finance law.

  • Assisting in the drafting and review of legal documents, including financing agreements, due diligence reports, and related contracts.

  • Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop legal strategies and provide sound advice to clients. - Representing clients in project finance transactions and negotiations.

  • Staying updated on the latest developments and regulatory changes in project finance.​

Your Profile

  • A qualified lawyer with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication and drafting skills.

  • A comprehensive understanding of project finance laws and regulations.
