Our Client

Our client is a global professional services firm with a strong presence in the UK. With a solid cyber security pedigree, the company is often the first responder to some of the most pressing cyber security issues of the day.

Cyber Forensics and Litigation is a rapidly growing vertical. The current practice members are running at a high utilisation rate and they are looking for experienced, commercially savvy candidates who want to join a team on a strong growth path.

Clients of the firm often require time-sensitive assistance, handling threats to organisations that are part of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), and that of the CNI of other countries in the EMEA zone. Inter-practice collaboration is vital to ensure that those requests are handled expediently and the team values internal stakeholder management skills highly.

Please note that we can only consider UK-based candidates for this role.

The Role

In this capacity you will help design, shape, build and deliver all aspects of this capability. You will be working as a lead member of the firm's EMEA Cyber Security team and will have shared responsibility for both the growth and management of the team: delivery of client assignments and assistance in sales opportunities to help further grow the client base.

You will bring a mix of creativity and proactivity to help the firm define and deliver market-leading propositions. You will be an excellent coach that will help more junior members of the team develop and flourish.

  • Lead on the delivery of a wide range of cyber security engagements

  • You will lead triage breach response, analyse data, and understand underlying causes and issues

  • Act as a key stakeholder in cross-practice teams to help clients deal with and navigate breaches and the different impacts they bring

  • You will maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, threats and core technologies in order to absorb client demands and help decide appropriate courses of action

  • You will be expected to lead in assessments of threats, risks and vulnerabilities

  • You will be expected to develop existing client relationships and develop new areas for potential business expansion

Your Profile

  • 7+ years in Forensics & Litigation cyber security practice, or equivalent

  • Strong academic background from a top-rated university

  • Aptitude in coaching, developing more junior team members

  • Demonstrable impact and gravitas when working with C-level individuals

  • Recognised qualification in Information Security at practitioner level, or equivalent experience

  • Strong business development track record

  • Strong professional network within the EMEA region

  • Ability to hold UK Security Clearance
