Our client, a global law firm with a rich history and a commitment to providing top-tier legal services to clients around the world, is currently seeking a seasoned Associate - Environment, ESG and Energy (3-6 PQE) to join its London office.

​

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of environmental, ESG, and energy issues to clients, including compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.

  • Support and lead in the negotiation, drafting, and review of agreements, contracts, and transactions related to environmental and energy matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Advise clients on the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into their business operations, transactions, and decision-making processes.

  • Stay abreast of changes in environmental and energy regulations, ensuring clients are informed and in compliance with the latest legal requirements.
