The firm fosters a collaborative and diverse culture where motivated individuals can thrive. Team members are given opportunities, development, and support to grow while upholding the firm’s core service values of excellence, partnership, innovation, and integration across international offices.
Flexibility
The current hybrid working arrangement allows for two days per week from home.
Banking & Finance
Our client’s finance practice is one of the firm’s defining strengths, acting for a wide variety of tier one institutions including major banks, insurers, leasing and real estate finance companies, asset-based lenders, and investment houses.
They also represent fixed income funds, mezzanine investors, hedge funds, specialist financial service providers, and corporates active across multiple sectors.
As financial institutions broaden their product offerings, combining areas such as securitisations and derivatives, the number of firms able to deliver comprehensive solutions globally has declined. Our client remains one of the select few with both the depth of expertise and international platform to support clients in volatile and fast-moving markets.
The London Finance team is part of a global network of c. 240 lawyers, working seamlessly across regions including North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
