Our Client
Our client, a rapidly-growing technology consultancy, is currently looking for a Sales Excellence Manager for its London office.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the successful candidate will be called to combine strategic planning, analytical acumen and operational executive in order to maximise the firm's sales team effectiveness. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a unique position where you will be asked to drive thought-leadership, planning, analytics and connection.
Key Duties
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accelerate business performance through analytical insights
Measure sales performance and execution and provide insights on best practices and recommendations for strategy refinement
Develop the business strategy in partnership with the firm's Directors and the sales team and ideating growth initiatives
Communicate with critical stakeholders the firm's planning activities, and orchestrate customer planning
Spearhead customer segmentation initiatives and ensure high-fidelity of data in CRM
Oversee the usage and efficiency of tools leveraged by the sales team
Your Profile
At least 3+ year's experience in Sales excellence, operation or management, with a strong understanding of the professional services industry as well as digital consulting
Experience in program or project management across a matrixed environment
Track record in designing performance acceleration programs
Experience in driving large-scale change management initiatives
A previous exposure to tool or process delivery, training, scaling and feedback collection
