Our client is a leading RegTech company focused on providing cutting edge solutions to the market - monitoring in excess of $10 trillion in AuM. Located by London's Silicon Valley roundabout, the client is expanding rapidly.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Regulatory Analyst to join an award-winning team at the cross section of technology and financial services regulation.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Work with the team to express complex and evolving Shareholder Disclosure regulation into a domain-specific rule language
Interact with team members such as developers or product management staff regarding changes and enhancements to the firm's services, driven by regulatory change
Proactively take initiative on daily routines and work practices of the team to ensure tasks are delivered on
Promote and ensure best practices for the team are documented around the coding and testing of regulation
Your Profile
Legal or STEM undergraduate degree
2-4 years in Fintech, SaaS, Corporate Finance or RegTech
Someone who is technically savvy
A good coding background - minimum of strong SQL skills
Knowledge of financial instruments, such as derivatives, equities and bonds
A self-starter that can operate autonomously and as part of a tight knit team
