Business development to build and establish new professional relationships
Selling and negotiating with senior industry stakeholders
Candidate resourcing
Facilitate to an advanced level the end-to-end recruitment process
Establish or develop an area or desk
Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance

0-2 years of experience in a sales position or within recruitment
Confidence, resilience and perseverance
