​Our Client

A leading global alternative asset management firm, headquartered in London, is looking for an operational analyst to join their business team helping with onboarding and the day-to-day functions within operations.


Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Begin and oversee the operational setup of new funds and managed accounts.

  • Work with custodians, prime brokers, and OTC counterparties to onboard new and existing funds

  • Assist legal teams with trading documentation and communicate with counterparties to coordinate equity, FI, and ETD broker transitions

  • Maintain fund static data within internal systems

  • Support the KYC provision to meet regulatory obligations of trading counterparties

Your Profile

  • Approximately 1-year operational experience

  • Broad product knowledge with a preference for FX and OTC.

  • Broad knowledge of the “trade life cycle:

  • Knowledge of Markit (Counterparty Manager and Onboarding Accelerator) beneficial

  • Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with range of senior individuals
