​Our Client

Our client, a leading hedge fund, is looking for a Compliance Analyst to provide support to the firm's Compliance department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with institutional backing and a proven track record in delivering a suite of financial services to a market-leading standard.

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer, whilst also providing support to the General Counsel.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting compliance policies, marketing material review and approval, counterparty approvals ans reviewing regulatory documents

  • Compliance monitoring and oversight of the company's regulated activities against the FCA's requirements

  • Providing assistance with the monthly compliance MI collation and reporting to the Executive Committee

  • Providing cover as necessary for other members of the Compliance team

Your Profile

  • Educated to a degree level with excellent academic credentials

  • At least 5 years of experience in the compliance/legal sector, more specifically for an investment bank, a hedge fund or an asset manager

  • Knowledge of SEC requirements

  • Knowledge of a wide spectrum of products (e.g. fixed income, rate, equities, etc.)
