​Our Client

Our client, a multi-strategy investment firm who are focussed on the digital assets space are searching for an exceptional Compliance Officer to join their London team. The role will support the company's European and Global function, reporting directly into the EMEA CCO and helping to sustain the expansion of the firm.

The role is based in the London office, currently operating a hybrid system of flexible working.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advising the business on investments, trades and regulatory updates

  • Trade surveillance and system testing

  • Maintenance and creation of policies and procedures, including global coordination

  • Management of regulatory filing

  • AML screening of clients and liaising with AML vendors

  • Periodic updating of AML policies and procedures, including the annual review of the compliance program itself

  • Coordinate new employee Compliance training and onboarding

  • Periodic reviews of the Compliance Monitoring Programme

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Compliance for an AIFM, Investment Firm, Bank or other regulated entity

  • Strong knowledge of UK regulations, with European and US familiarity being beneficial

  • Passion for digital assets
