​Our Client

Our client, a leading European infrastructure asset manager, is currently looking for a Compliance Manager for its Dublin office. Reporting into the firm's Compliance officer, the successful candidate will be managing a vast array of compliance matters for the business.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and conducting KYC checks, as well as responding to KYC requests from counterparties

  • Undertaking the monitoring activity as well as reviews as laid out in the CMP

  • Keeping abreast of new regulations on the market and advising the Compliance Officer on their possible impact on the firm's activities

  • Providing compilance support to the firm's UK, US and European offices when required

  • Developing and maintaining the firm's compliance manual

  • Support the Compliance Officer on an ad hoc basis in delivering compliance training to members of staff

  • Maintaining the firm's Code of Ethics

  • Providing assistance with the review of financial promotions and maintaining a register of such promotions ​

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in Ireland, UK or other EU country

  • Educated to a degree level from a top university

  • Strong and proven track record in compliance, more specifically within financial services or at a compliance consultancy

  • Previous experience with AML and KYC checks is desirable for this position, though not essential

  • Strong knowledge of CBI and ESMA regulations that would be relevant to the business

  • Previous experience with US regulatory framework would be desirable, though not essential for this position

  • Experience with risk assessments, liquidity, ICAAPS, conflicts and compliance monitoring programs
