​Our Client

Our client, a leading private equity firm with roughly $35bn AuM, is currently looking for a Compliance Analyst in their New York office. This is a generalist position that will help support a global team underneath a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and updating compliance policies for the firm

  • Providing regulatory advice to wider stakeholders in the business, including the investment teams

  • Reviewing and approving of marketing materials

  • Managing Code of Ethics policies

  • Horizon scanning and providing regulatory updates to the global compliance team

  • Providing compliance training to the global team

  • Administer regulatory filings

  • Manage ad hoc Legal and Compliance requests

Your Profile

  • 1 - 4 years of experience in compliance, preferably for an investment adviser

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
