Our Client
A c.$10bn AuM hedge fund is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst into their team. The role will sit under a Senior Compliance Officer and get wide exposure to their growing business.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Running the firm's compliance manual in order to meet external expectations
Implementing and enhancing the firm's compliance programme to keep in line with regulatory developments
Lead compliance person for compliance monitoring, including employee compliance and core compliance
Answering queries from the wider business around the core compliance program
Managing the regulatory filings, including daily reviews of equity long and short disclosures
Deliver new joiner training to all business members
Track regulatory developments and advise on how the core compliance program will need to adjust
Your Profile
1-3 years of legal or compliance experience, ideally for an asset management firm, hedge fund or bank
Understanding of SEC requirements preferred
