This awards ceremony aims to recognise and reward hedge fund service providers who have gone above and beyond expectations this past year, supporting hedge funds with the help of innovative solutions and best-in-class client service. Rutherford's compliance recruiters are truly humbled by this nomination which salutes all of the hard work our team has done in the last 12 months to truly assist our clients during the challenging COVID-19 crisis.

The 2020 pandemic encouraged Rutherford's compliance recruitment team to strengthen the firm's offering and positioning on the market: we spent a great amount of time listening to our clients and adapted our business offering through concentrating more on consultative and value-add activities over pure search work. Our aim was to identify key challenges our clients were facing amidst the pandemic to then offer tailored solutions and support.
