​The Legal Counsel – works as part of the EMEA Law Department to protect the company’s business interests by ensuring that contractual terms and conditions used in commercial transactions are legally sound, commercially balanced, and aligned with company policies. The role has a strong focus on complex commercial contracts, in particular Turnkey / EPC / design-and-build agreements, covering the sale of products, integrated systems, and related services.
