Our Client
Our client is an e-money payments firm, designed to make payments as simple as possible. They are highly international with offices all around the world and service private individuals and corporations. This role will be within their expanding digital assets team.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Lead a team of Compliance Officers and Analysts
Responsible for all financial crime matters
Provide advice to the business
Onboard customers, carrying out AML/ KYC checks
Act as a point of escalation
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Be responsible for compliance training
Ad hoc projects
Your Profile
5+ years experience in compliance, preferably in the digital asset space
Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager level
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
Attention to detail
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
Salary: circa £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits. Hybrid working model is on offer.
