Rutherford is currently growing its London team; we are looking for a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our Private Practice Legal desk. Our latest practice benefits from strong relationships within the legal market, a track record with pre-eminent firms (silver circle, magic circle, boutiques) and additional support from our dedicated Research team.

We are now looking to further grow the function, by welcoming into our practice motivated recruitment specialists who can add value to our growing desk.
The Role
Completing the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call through to salary negotiation
Actively source and identify top talent within your sector
Market map for live and upcoming roles including, networking and building relationships
Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, white papers and other marketing material relevant to the market
Become a champion in the market for Rutherford Search and the wider Pearse Group
About You
2+ years of recruitment or executive search experience
Understanding of the private practice legal market is advantageous
Comfortable building relationships with candidates and clients at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication
