​Our Client

​Our client, an elite US Law Firm, seeks an experienced Lawyer to join their highly ranked and expert practice.

​

The Role

  • Manage relationships with fund investors, addressing investor inquiries, concerns, and requests, and providing counsel on matters related to fund operations.

  • Develop and deliver a business plan for the growth of the UK Fund practice.

  • Have management responsibility.

  • Lead in structuring, forming, and documenting private equity funds, including drafting and negotiating fund documents, partnership agreements, and subscription agreements.

  • Ensure that private equity funds comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay up to date with evolving legal requirements affecting the industry.

  • Engage with existing clients of the firm to ensure they are fully supported.

Requirements

  • Extensive fund formation experience from a leading law firm.

  • Experience managing Lawyers, Paralegal resources etc.

  • Able to handle a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Strong communication and relationship building ability.

  • Have experience of managing a profitable fund practice

  • Track record of winning instructions from targets

  • Confident presenting/pitching
