Our Client

Our client is a market-leading global digital organisation seeking a candidate to oversee the manual evaluation of all digital products, services, and software released. As a result, they are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join their team, who will be responsible for ensuring the security, dependability, and operability of their platforms.

 

Your Profile 

  • A thorough understanding of penetration testing, including NCSC and CREST accredited schemes,

  • Previous experience performing web/mobile application security testing

  • Hands-on experience auditing source code or scripting and editing existing code

  • Experience in languages such as Perl, Python, Ruby, bash, C/C++, C#, or Java) to identify security flaws.

  • Proven experience in web application security, network security, authentication and authorization protocols, cryptography, automation, and other software security disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of Linux or Ubuntu, as well as security assessment tools (Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, etc.)

  • Open security testing standards and projects (OWASP, CWE, and Mitre ATT&CK)

 

This role entails manually assessing digital products and services for security flaws and then using the findings to improve automation and protect customers.
