Our Client
Our client, a well regarded consultancy, are looking for a key Partner hire. They are looking for impressive Directors/ Partners, preferably in the consultancy space, to help the financial services function deliver cross-sector large scale regulatory programmes in relation to financial crime regulatory investigations and remediation. This also includes compliance monitoring and assurance and business and product suitability reviews. Financial crime covers AML, Sanctions, Anti-Fraud, Investigations, ABC. The firm’s clients span across banking, consumer credit, wealth, insurance etc.
Main Duties
As well as providing strong advice to multiple client engagements and managing key accounts, this Partner will engage in business development identifying sales opportunities. Your knowledge in various areas is expected to be at SME level and possess the ability to deliver thought leadership initiatives, represent at industry events and be aware of existing and upcoming regulations. Being a credible leader and presence in the firm, the Partner will also be responsible for the whole team’s performance and delivery, including mentoring and coaching.
Your Profile
The right candidate must be a self starter, able to demonstrate the ability to deliver financial crime transformation and remediation and proven business development. They must also have detailed expertise and be a key influencer and decision maker.
