Our Client
Our client, a leading global alternative asset management firm with c.$400bn in AuM, is currently looking for a Paralegal for its London office. The firm owns and operates a large range of assets, spanning across property, private equity, infrastructure as well as sustainable power.
The Paralegal will be supporting the Property group's legal team. The successful candidate will be actively participating in helping the growth of the firm. You will be working closely with the wider team, with a focus in the tax, financing, operations and compliance and regulatory groups.
Main Duties
Key responsibilites for this position will incude, but are not limited to:
Maintaining entity lists and organisation structure charts in coordination with secretarial teams and portfolio businesses
Coordinating in the formation of new entities as needed
Reviewing and negotiating initial operating agreements and other documents such as engagement letters
Spearheading responses to KYC requests from financial institutions and other parties as required
Providing assistance with bank account openings, regulatory filings and more
Managing legal document system
Spearheading the preparation and negotiation of NDAs and their trackers
Your Profile
Between 1-3 years of paralegal experience in the financial services industry or at la leading law firm
Previous experience in corporate database entry and maintenance
Proficiency in using a document management system, knowledge of iManage is beneficial though not essential
