​Our Client

We are currently working on a search for a multi-strategy hedge fund that are looking for a Legal Analyst/Paralegal in New York or CT. This is global fund with $30+bn AUM and offices across the globe. You’ll be part of a lean, highly skilled legal function that supports complex transactions, innovative strategies, and the operational backbone of a leading buy-side firm.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the global legal function on a range of legal and regulatory matters

  • Negotiating NDAs for both front- and back-office functions.

  • Managing KYC and client/investor onboarding processes.

  • Preparing, executing, and maintaining entity formation and governance documents.

  • Negotiating commercial contracts with vendors, including market data providers.

  • Assisting with other legal agreements such as licensing, employment, and real estate contracts.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of Paralegal/legal experience, within a fund, investment bank or financial services firm.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external parties.
