Our client, a top tier global law firm, is seeking an ESG and environment lawyer with expertise within the energy and infrastructure sector. You will work closely with the transactional M&A, corporate advisory and energy teams, advising on relevant environmental aspects of some of the world’s biggest projects. Working with major global clients on both the developer and investor side.

You will advise on deal strategy, due diligence, negotiation and drafting with relation to M&A, IPO, JVs and commercial transactions, in addition to the licensing, development, governance and financing of market-leading energy transition projects.
The PQE guidance is set at 3-6 years PQE, however outstanding candidates either side will be considered.
