​Our Client

​Our Client, a leading global systematic firm, is looking to hire an experienced investor relations specialist into a growing team in their London offices. The individual with take primary responsibility for operational due diligence requests from new & existing investors into the firm’s existing funds, and new managers related to a new Investment Management Account offering that they are building out.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage with managers on IMA commercial terms and limits

  • Answer initial IMA questions from managers

  • Pro-actively ensure that IMA is being progressed quickly

  • Answer requests from Risk, Operations and Compliance teams

  • Complete initial information requests from PBs regarding shortlisted SMA managers

Your Profile

  • Good academic track record – minimum strong BA/BSc

  • Circa 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in HF operations, compliance or risk, with some knowledge of the other areas

  • Ability to credibly/confidently engage with CIOs and COOs of hedge fund considered for SMAs

  • Highly organised and process driven
