The Role
Are you an experienced DevSecOps Engineer? My client, a UK-based wealth manager has an exciting opportunity to join their Engineering team and help them to deliver a next-generation platform management system for their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and automation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining secure and scalable cloud-based systems, along with a passion for continuous improvement and automation. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the security strategy for the organisation.
Main Duties
Lead the creation and implementation of best-in-class DevOps processes on Azure Cloud, such as continuous integration and delivery, automated testing, and code deployment.
To ensure the successful delivery of Azure-based software products and services, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, infrastructure, and security.
Stay up to date on the newest Azure Cloud, DevOps, and security trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation ahead of time.
Your Profile
Expertise in Azure Cloud infrastructure and DevOps methods, as well as a thorough understanding of Azure Cloud architecture and best practices.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality Azure-based software products and services using DevOps or DevSecOps with an emphasis on Azure Cloud.
Expert automation experience and knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Salary: circa £110,000 + Bonus
The role is currently a fixed-term contract due to the nature of the funding, but the position is expected to go permanent after the initial 12-month period. You will also be eligible for a bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance, an 8% pension contribution, a hybrid working model, a generous holiday package, an option to purchase an additional holiday, and shared parental leave.
