Our Client
Our client, a hyper-scaling digital marketplace, is looking for its first General Manager to oversee its growth following the launch of the business to the open market.
Combining a fully transparent and integrated Web 3.0 marketplace, the client offers a unified solution to support a multi-trillion-dollar marketplace that will use Web 3.0 innovation for good.
The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced operator who has worked in hyper-scaling environments and has a strong track record of growth and value creation. Strong Crypto knowledge is not essential – good, hands-on growth delivery is critical.
You will need to work with the founding team and partners to grow a cross-functional infrastructure – from sales and client relations to Operations. You will assist in go-to-market strategy and long-term strategic planning.
Your Profile
Good academic background is highly desirable
C. 10 years’ experience
Good management experience
Proven track record of delivering growth in a fast growth start-up
Web 3.0 experience is desirable, not mandatory
