Rutherford has been exclusively mandated on a Compliance Manager role within a leading insurance broker in Gloucestershire, England. The successful candidate will be sitting in a collegiate team of 5, reporting into the Head of Compliance. They are looking for accomplished compliance professionals with strong advisory experience within an insurance broker/general insurance.
This successful candidate will also need regulatory change experience and have implemented and updated policies and procedures. This is a senior role so they are looking for strong stakeholder management and training experience.
Salary up to circa £60,000 + bonus + hybrid working
