Our Client

Our client, a leading global alternatives asset manager, is looking for an experienced professional to take on an Investment Operations mandate covering all Credit – especially Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) - activities across their North American footprint.

The right individual must be proactive and have exposure to mentoring and developing juniors - if not outright management experience.

This role would suit a CLO Middle Office/Operations specialist looking to move to an ambitious fund with a strong track record. This will be a hybrid set up with 1x direct report - out of the firm's Manhattan, NY, offices.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end ownership of CLO operations

  • Support to Global colleagues in EMEA and APAC

  • Continued process improvement of investment operations

  • Mentoring and development of more junior team members

Your Profile

  • Good academic track record

  • Minimum 4 years of Tier 1 financial services experience on either buy or sell sides

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) knowledge

  • Broader product knowledge across equities, futures, FICC, etc., and/or experience desirable

Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 USD basic salary + package, with hybrid working.
