Our client's Leveraged Finance team is a globally recognised leader, handling some of the most high-value, complex, and sensitive transactions in today’s market.
They are a key player in the private equity space, advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and both public and privately held borrowers across syndicated finance, private equity, and private credit markets. With offices strategically positioned in major financial and commercial hubs worldwide, their capabilities and reach are global.
They represent lead arrangers, agents, lenders, participants, and borrowers in both syndicated and bilateral credit arrangements, many of which feature complex structural elements such as multi-currency options and varied pricing structures.
This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leader in the space as they seek a high caliber Associate, E&W Qualified with 4-5 years post-qualification experience.
