The Role
Project Finance Lawyer with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team in London. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex energy project finance transactions, providing expert legal counsel to a wide range of clients.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis within the field of energy project finance law.
Assisting in the drafting and review of legal documents, including financing agreements, due diligence reports, and related contracts.
Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop legal strategies and provide sound advice to clients. - Representing clients in project finance transactions and negotiations.
Staying updated on the latest developments and regulatory changes in project finance.
Your Profile
A qualified lawyer with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in English, with strong communication and drafting skills.
A comprehensive understanding of project finance laws and regulations.
