Our Client
A global multi-strategy asset management firm ($1tn+ AuM) is looking to introduce a Head of Compliance into their Private Investments division in Boston.
This business unit has grown significantly in recent years and as a result the senior executives are looking for an individual with a strong background in the private credit space to join the team.
This individual will act as a strategy partner in the continued design, execution and implementation of the US compliance framework.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Support the firm's global private investments regulatory program
Partner with senior stakeholders across the related support functions, offering regulatory advice/guidance
Lead the streamlining and optimisation of current compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
Partner alongside the APAC and European compliance teams in the continued global integration
Work alongside the portfolio management teams to design the relevant compliance frameworks
Lead on more ad-hoc core compliance tasks as needed
Your Profile
At least 10 years experience within an investment advisory firm
A proven track record working as an SME within the private credit space
Strong investment management compliance experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and excellent organizational and project management skills

Basic salary range for this position: $175,000 - $225,000
