Tax Associate (3–8 PQE) | London | Leading International Law Firm
A leading, UK headquartered international law firm in London is seeking a mid–senior Tax Associate to join its well-established and highly regarded tax practice.
This role is predominantly non-contentious, with a focus on advising on complex, cross-border matters. The successful candidate will work closely with market-leading corporate, private equity, finance, and real estate teams on a broad range of high-value transactions.
The practice is recognised for its involvement in sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional structuring work, advising multinational corporates, financial institutions, and private capital clients on some of the most significant transactions in the market.

Key responsibilities will include:
Advising on the tax aspects of M&A and private equity transactions
Supporting on complex cross-border structuring matters
Providing advisory input on real estate and funds transactions
Working closely with clients on strategic, high-value matters
Candidate profile:
England & Wales qualified
3–8 years’ PQE with strong transactional tax experience
Background at a leading City or international firm preferred
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
