Our Client
Our client, an established British investment bank, is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to join its Legal and Compliance team. The role presents a great opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic environment with the primary responsibility to manage the daily commercial work of the business.
Key Duties
Dealing with all aspects of Investment Banking Divisions transactions
Transactional involvement with various teams in deal origination and execution
Liaising with internal stakeholders and deal participants
Drafting and reviewing a host of agreements including Terms of Business, confidentiality agreements, IB agreements, engagement letters, etc.
Occasionally supporting the M&A private client practice
Your Profile
English and Commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE
Legal and Compliance experience relating to investment banking would be advantageous
Excellent ability to manage time effectively
Report writing experience
Financial services experience would be beneficial
