Our Client
Our client, a boutique financial services regulatory consultancy, is looking for a motivated regulatory Associate with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance matters including procedures, policies and be able to assist with the growth of the firm. This will sit within their Funds & Asset Management team which provide expert guidance on intricate regulatory requirements and the execution of challenging regulatory implementation initiatives. The team also engages in technical research, the creation of technical materials, and marketing and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to support and lead the growth of a well-established practice as they expand their offering.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Strong academic background
2+ years regulatory compliance experience within a regulated financial institution.
A deep understanding of the FCA handbook and applicable regulations
Some familiarity with and background in providing advice to funds, private equity, corporate finance, asset management, and/or real estate enterprises.
Report writing and strong communication skills.
Your Profile
Diploma level compliance-related qualification.
Broader sector knowledge (may need to assist wider teams on a broad range of regulatory matters).
Consultancy experience desirable but not essential.
