Our Client
Our client, a leading UK asset management firm, is currently looking to hire a Fund Risk & Compliance - Distribution Manager to join their London office.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance Advisory, the successful candidate will be part of the firm's Risk and Compliance function. You will be asked to support and advise the marketing and sales teams to ensure that all marketing collateral is compliant with regulatory standards. you will also be approving marketing materials from a compliance standpoint and supporting all regulatory change which impacts the activities from the firm's sales and marketing departments.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing all marketing collateral for the firm's range of funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Providing feedback to the sales and marketing team following the review of documentation and ensuring that all changes are made
Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and understanding how they could impact promotional activity - and supporting the firm with the implementation of these changes
Providing accurate and timely advice and support to the firm's marketing and sales team
Your Profile
Previous experience in a similar position for an asset manager
A good knowledge of funds (UCITS, AIFs, etc.)
European language skills beneficial though not essential for this position
Educated to A-level or equivalent
Desirable for this position: educated to degree level
IMC qualification desirable though not essential for this role
