The Role
You will partner with the firm's divisions and business units to ensure alignment with the Security & Resilience function.
The successful candidate will be an IT security professional with excellent business consulting and relationship building skills, controls design, and team management skills. You will lead the team who ensure that each of the business units meet security and resilience standards. Duties include overseeing major change, continuous improvement, and business as usual. You will also have experience in managing security and resilience outcomes and relationships across a federated organisational model, a solid work ethic, have credibility communicating to C-suite members, and be able to function in a highly dynamic environment.
