Aviation Disputes Solicitor | 1–3 PQE | London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor to join a leading international law firm’s highly regarded aviation disputes team in London.
This team is at the forefront of complex, high-value, and often high-profile aviation litigation, working across multiple jurisdictions and advising major insurers, airlines, and industry stakeholders.
Key areas of work include:
Multi-jurisdictional aviation litigation arising from major accidents and incidents
Insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes involving aircraft losses and liability claims
Product liability disputes involving manufacturers, component suppliers, and lessors
Claims involving airlines, operators, and service providers, including passenger and third-party liability
Crisis response and coordination of large-scale claims following aviation disasters
Recovery actions and subrogation claims between insurers, operators, and other aviation stakeholders
Candidate requirements:
1–3 years’ PQE with a strong foundation in disputes/litigation
Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or aviation disputes is advantageous
Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills
Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
Commercial awareness and interest in the aviation sector
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative, international team
