​Our Client

Our client, an expert in quantitative and systematic investing & operating globally across all liquid asset classes, are searching for a motivated software engineer to join the Risk team in London/Paris.

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven developer with excellent communication skills, exposure to direct business interactions, and knowledge of building large scale applications. The applicant will be in charge of developing and delivering solutions to their trading and risk management departments.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years software development experience in writing high-quality, testable code in an object-oriented environment.

  • Prior experience with Rest API and Python 3

  • Working in a fast-paced atmosphere is a must.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and current software architecture.

  • Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services sector.

  • Experience with message queues

  • AWS, Kubernetes, docker, Helm

  • Proficient in more than 1 programming language

  • Experience with query optimization and performance tuning
