​Our Client

Our client, a leading RegTech company focused on providing cutting edge solutions to the market monitoring in excess of $10 trillion in assets under management, is currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Lead to join their rapidly growing New York team, who are at the cross section of technology and financial services regulation.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead on client interactions focused on regulatory issues – 13D, 13F and 13G

  • Liaise with the UK and US teams to express complex financial regulation into a domain-specific rule language.

  • Act as a senior expert to junior members and a coordinator for regulatory outreach and regulator contacts.

  • Implement changes - business enhancements or BAU

  • Support product in evaluating and prioritizing new functionality, provide a detailed understanding of our current functionality, and research new product enhancements or other discovery work.

  • Support client implementations with significant regulatory complexity and advise on regulatory interpretation.

Your Profile

  • Legal or STEM undergraduate degree

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a regulator, fintech, SaaS, corporate finance or regtech Role

  • In-depth subject matter expertise around Shareholding Disclosure regulations (SEC)

  • Minimum of strong SQL skills and good coding skills
