Our Client
Our client, one of the world's leading quantitative hedge funds, has mandated Rutherford on an exciting Compliance Analyst role. Sitting in the Advisory team within Legal & Compliance, the role will work closely with business lines to advise on both general compliance and regulatory reporting issues that are relevant to the firm.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Advisory Team with trading related issues and duties
Evaluating business regulations, providing accurate advice on their potential effect on the business and actioning in response if necessary
Working closely with developers to improve the capabilities of existing compliance infrastructure
Implementing improvements to the efficiency of the group’s compliance control frameworks and processes
Drafting, maintaining and updating policies and procedures in fulfilment of changing regulatory activity
Your Profile
2-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry coupled with an undergraduate degree.
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain conclusions in a concise manner
Reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude
