Rutherford is delighted to welcome Chloe Gaskin to its team as Associate Consultant, Risk, Strategy and Business Operations. This appointment comes amid Rutherford’s rapid growth within the Operations and Middle Office sector.
With an impressive background in Common Law and experience working within fintech, Chloe joins Rutherford with a wealth of experience hitting the ground running with her approach to recruitment. Chloe will focus on placing top professionals across Financial Services from retail banks, to hedge funds to investment management firms.

I am motivated by curiosity, determination and learning from people from all walks of life- all of which have helped me grow and develop in life and work thus far. When something has my attention it’s somewhat ‘all-consuming’ for me. Having a strong role model is always a plus.
What is the most unexpected thing you ever did?
Spontaneously adding an unplanned trip to Vietnam to the end of my travels.
