With a firm background in recruitment, Orla has hands on experience placing interim and contracts candidates within Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk across Financial Services.
What can colleagues and friends expect when they are around you?
My friends and family would describe me as a true extrovert. I’m extremely sociable and try to remain positive in all situations, I’m often described as an optimistic person. The most memorable thing people can expect from me is my very loud laugh!
What are your guiding principles at work?
I have a get up and go attitude. I love to learn from the experts around me and constantly want to better myself, being able to see my growth is such a motivator for me.
What motivates you at work and in life?
I really enjoy working as part of a team, towards a common goal, that keeps me motivated. I want to work hard and bring as much value to the team I can.
