What motivates you in life and at work?
My main motivation in life is to make sure that I am happy and successful in the things I am doing. This is something I try to incorporate in both my professional and personal life.
What is the most important thing for people to know about you?
I am always looking for opportunities that will help me grow as a person - I will therefore not shy away from anything that may be out of my comfort zone.
What do you want to accomplish at work?
Through this internship, I want to learn more about recruitment and in particular recruitment for the financial services industry, since I have just completed my MSc in Economics. I think it would be interesting to understand what candidates or clients look for and gain some insight into what it takes to build and strengthen relationships with both parties.
How would your friends and colleagues describe you?
They would probably describe me as someone who is approachable and always a team player.
What is the most unexpected thing you have done in your life?
I travelled around Thailand with a few friends and a group of strangers and part of the trip involved venturing out on a long trek and staying in a small village for a few nights.
The trek itself was physically and mentally testing and completely out of my comfort zone at the time - I definitely surprised myself during the trip!
